-Yes,we provide free samples(usually 1-2pcs) for stock items.shipping cost is covered by you .
if we need to custom samples,sample cost and shipping cost need to be covered by you.
-MOQ varies by product,500pcs for jewelry boxes,1000pcs for paper bags and pouches.50pcs for jewelry display stands and trays.5 sets for jewelry display set,
-We accept T/T(bank transfer),Wechat,Alipay and Paypal for small orders.
-Our normal production time for jewelry displays is about 20-25 working days, and the normal production time for jewelry package (boxes, paper bags etc.) is about 25-30 working days
Our normal production time of customized samples is about 15-20 working days.
-We can offer sea,air and International Express according to the quantity of itmes.
-Please kindly noted that cargos pictures will be sent to you before shipment to ensure the goods are in good condition. If it is confirmed that our negligence caused your loss, we will 100% compensate your loss.
